Homefix Groups gas safety service provides peace of mind that all gas appliances,
installations and fittings at a property are safe and compliant.
Safety checks of gas appliances, fixtures and installations at least every 2 years keep renters safe from carbon monoxide leaks and ensure owners and property managers are fulfiling their obligations. As of March 2021, changes to the Residential Tenancies Act in Victoria have made these checks mandatory.
Our services are carried out by a gas fitter with Type A Servicing accreditation, supported by our advanced workflow technology that ensures the service is completed in accordance with all applicable standards, codes and legislation.
